Late Entry / Change Fee

This fee applies to entries, additions, corrections, or schedule changes submitted after the official festival entry deadline.

When This Fee Applies

Late Entries & Additional InformationA $10 fee per contestant will be charged for:

• Additional entries submitted after the entry deadline• Missing information submitted after the entry deadline• Corrections requiring administrative processing after the entry deadline

Schedule Change Requests

A $10 fee applies to all schedule change requests, regardless of the originally requested day or division.

No exceptions will be granted.
